Saughter and May is advising 3i Group plc in connection with its £750mn share buyback programme

Saughter and May is advising 3i Group plc (“3i”) in connection with its share buyback programme of up to £750mn (the “Programme”), which it announced on 14 May 2026. The Programme is expected to complete by no later than 31 December 2026.
