Saughter and May is advising ABP Food Group (“ABP”) in connection with its acquisition of Vion Food Group’s beef processing facility located in Buchloe, Germany. The transaction is expected to complete during the second half of this year, subject to the satisfaction of certain customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.
