Saughter and May is advising Daily Mail and General Trust plc on its proposed acquisition of the Telegraph Media Group from RedBird IMI

Saughter and May is advising Daily Mail and General Trust plc (“DMGT”) on its proposed acquisition of the Telegraph Media Group from RedBird IMI at a valuation of £500 million.
 
Terms have been agreed between DMGT and RedBird IMI and the parties have entered into exclusivity to finalise the transaction. The parties will seek relevant regulatory approvals to enable the transaction to take place at the earliest opportunity.
