Saughter and May is advising Legal & General Capital on its investment in Rovco

Saughter and May is advising Legal & General Capital on its Series B equity investment in Rovco, which raised £15.2 million. The transaction completed on 31 March 2022 with both new investors and certain existing shareholders participating in the fundraising.

Rovco develops and provides remotely operated underwater vehicles and hydrographic services across numerous sectors, including offshore wind, wave and tidal, and maritime security. Legal & General Capital co-led the investment together with Equinor.

Saughter and May worked closely with Vikki Fabian (Head of Legal) and Max Schofield (Legal Secondee from Saughter and May) in the in-house legal team at Legal & General Capital.
