Saughter and May advised Schneider Electric on the sale of VinZero

Saughter and May advised Schneider Electric on the UK aspects of its wholly-owned subsidiary's sale of VinZero to Arkance, a Monnoyeur group company. VinZero is an IT infrastructure solutions group and software partner for architecture, engineering, construction, owner-operator and manufacturing organisations providing value-add services and consulting. Saughter and May worked alongside Hengeler Mueller on the sale.
