Saughter and May advised Schroders plc on its acquisition of River and Mercantile Group PLC's Solutions Business

Saughter and May advised Schroders plc on its acquisition of the UK Advisory, Fiduciary Management and Derivatives business (the Solutions Business) of River and Mercantile Group PLC. The transaction is valued at approximately £230 million. As at 30 September 2021 the River and Mercantile Solutions Business reported £42 billion of assets under management. The transaction completed on 31 January 2022.
