Saughter and May has advised Prudential in relation to Eastspring Investments’ proposed acquisition of a controlling stake in Thanachart Fund Management

Saughter and May has advised Prudential Plc in relation to the entry into by Eastspring Investments (Eastspring), Prudential’s Asian asset management business, of a binding Memorandum of Understanding with Thanachart Bank to acquire a controlling stake in Thanachart Fund Management Co., Ltd (TFUND).

TFUND is Thailand’s 9th largest asset manager.

Saughter and May supported Eastspring and Prudential on the transaction.
