Saughter and May advised Softcat PLC on its debut revolving credit facility

Saughter and May advised Softcat PLC (“Softcat”), an industry leader in IT infrastructure services, on its debut revolving credit facility (the “RCF”).

The RCF was established with a syndicate of lenders and comprises a £50mn revolving credit facility, which will be used for general corporate purposes. 

Saughter and May worked closely with KPMG, as debt advisors to Softcat, and Howard Holland (Group Financial Controller), Nicholas Day (Head of Treasury) and Luke Thomas (Company Secretary) at Softcat throughout.
