Saughter and May advised Vitol on the sale of its 50% interest in Geo-Alliance

Saughter and May advised Vitol on the sale by its subsidiary, Arawak Energy Ukraine BV, of its 50% interest in the Geo-Alliance Group, one of the largest producers of gas and gas condensate in Ukraine, to its joint venture partner EastOne. The transaction completed on 30 December 2021, following receipt of regulatory approval.
